IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the
signed agreement. No sponsorships are secured or held without a signed agreement.
- Signed agreement and company logo are due by Friday, February 23, 2026, to be
included in the attendee registration information in the March / April / May 2026 issues
of the Alaska Dental Society’s monthly newsletter. - Full payment is due by Friday, March 6, 2026, and is non-refundable.
- Logos must be in PNG, JPEG, or EPS formats.
- Complete the attached sponsorship agreement and return to ADS office.
