While he enjoyed seeing Tahoe and learned why Californians appear to want to protective Alaska's wildlife, his review of the way Federally Qualified Health Centers do business was not as positive. |

Accurate records that are properly retained are a dentist's best defense when patients claim misconduct. How long should patient records be retained? This is a frequent question called into the ADS office. The Dentist Insurance Company was selected for endorsement by the ADS because it is run by dentists, in the best interest of dentists and maintains an excellent track record of supporting all dentists with solid advice in all areas of risk management. |

Medicaid drops hold harmless clause from provider agreement |

Medicaid Provider Agreement drops the hold harmless clause that for too many years proved to be a barrier to dentists participating in Medicaid. Unfortunately, current Medicaid providers must wait until April 2012 to be free of the onerous contractual provision, while new providers can begin immediately to participate without the burden of this clause in their agreement with the State of Alaska. |
