They are listed here in alphabetical order with the name of the current president and where the component employs a professional staff the name of the staff and the society’s business is listed.  If the component does not employ staff then the president’s community and office phone number are listed.

Medicaid drops hold harmless clause from provider agreement

Medicaid Provider Agreement drops the hold harmless clause that for too many years proved to be a barrier to dentists participating in Medicaid. Unfortunately, current Medicaid providers must wait until April 2012 to be free of the onerous contractual provision, while new providers can begin immediately to participate without the burden of this clause in their agreement with the State of Alaska.
